Welcome to the VBCPS 2017 Administrators’ Conference site. Recognizing that leadership is an action and not a position, this year’s conference is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and understanding necessary to lead the work on Transformational Learning that has emerged out of our strategic framework Compass to 2020: Charting the Course. Registration for school-based administrators begins June 19. Registration for all other attendees opens on June 26.
Collaborative planning at CLMS focuses on using student data to make decisions regarding a balanced approach to assessment, flex grouping with students, and appropriate learning targets. Coaches and staff will discuss unique ways they have utilized technology in their collaborative planning and help participants brainstorm ways to improve their collaborative planning process.
