Welcome to the VBCPS 2017 Administrators’ Conference site. Recognizing that leadership is an action and not a position, this year’s conference is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and understanding necessary to lead the work on Transformational Learning that has emerged out of our strategic framework Compass to 2020: Charting the Course.
Registration for school-based administrators begins June 19. Registration for all other attendees opens on June 26.

At the heart of change and innovation is the ability to lead adaptively. This session will blend theory with practice as participants learn what it means to be an adaptive leader and will also reflect and share how it manifests itself in the daily life of schools.
